MyGurit Human Resources Database

The MyGurit HR database is essential for managing human resources and tracking social performance. Employment data from all sites is collected and analyzed by our HR team.

Learning Management System (LMS)

Our LMS is available to non-shopfloor employees at all locations, offering a wide range of courses, with year on year increasing participation. This growth reflects our commitment to ongoing professional development.

Performance and Career Development Reviews

Performance and career development reviews are conducted annually at most sites. This process includes reviewing job descriptions, key goals, job requirements, and training opportunities, as well as evaluating performance and completing a competence matrix to support professional growth.

Training and Education

Training equips our employees with job-specific skills and supports their career growth. A range of topics are covered by our training programs, many of which help employees identify and manage risks they are exposed to while doing their job or help us with social risk management. For example: the Gurit Code of Conduct, strategy, cybersecurity, data protection, leadership, diversity, as well as safety training, specific product training and many more task-specific programs.
